Trick-or-Treating
Children in costume are warmly welcomed
The Agatha Smith Cemetery has welcomed trick-or-treaters since 1996. Children in costume are invited to wander the grounds, collect their treats, and experience the display up close.
We ask only that little ones be accompanied by a grown-up, and that all visitors treat the display — and one another — with care.

Olympia, Washington

Free — no tickets, no reservations
A Few Tips
Dress warmly
October nights in Olympia are cold and often damp. Layer up beneath the costume.
Bring a bag
A proper trick-or-treat bag or bucket — the treats are worth carrying.
Arrive at dusk
The display is best experienced as darkness falls. Early arrivals get the full effect.
Stay on the path
Follow the lanterns. The grounds are uneven in places — watch your step.
Donate a Bag of Candy
The display is free, but candy isn't. Help keep the treats coming for the little ones.
We'll be watching for you.
